The PCBR fiscal year is January 1 – December 31. Annual membership dues for the upcoming year are invoiced on November 1 and are due January 1.
For example, 2027 annual dues will be invoiced on November 1, 2026 and are due by January 1, 2027.
New members joining during the year will pay applicable prorated dues based on their join date.
Membership Approval
Membership is subject to approval in accordance with PCBR's governing documents and membership requirements.
In the event of non-election, applicable membership dues will be refunded; however, the $60 application fee is nonrefundable.
New Member Orientation Requirement
New REALTOR® members must complete the required New Member Orientation within 180 days of membership.
Failure to complete orientation within the required timeframe may affect or result in termination of membership in accordance with PCBR's governing documents.

By submitting this application, you agree to:
Abide by the Code of Ethics of the National Association of REALTORS®, including applicable duties to arbitrate or mediate disputes.
Support and comply with applicable Fair Housing requirements and REALTOR® standards.
Comply with the Constitution, Bylaws, Rules and Regulations, and applicable policies of PCBR, Georgia REALTORS®,
and the National Association of
REALTORS®.
Complete any required orientation, education, training, or examination related to REALTOR® membership requirements.
Membership Obligations
REALTOR® membership includes ongoing professional responsibilities, including:
Completing periodic Code of Ethics training as required by NAR and PCBR.
Completing applicable Fair Housing training requirements.
Remaining in compliance with PCBR, GAR, and NAR membership policies and requirements.
Satisfying all membership requirements, including required orientation and training.
Ethics & Professional Standards
If membership is terminated or resigned while an ethics complaint is pending, future membership may be conditioned upon agreeing to submit to the pending proceeding and abide by the resulting decision.
The duty to arbitrate may continue after membership ends when the dispute arose during the period of membership, as provided by applicable REALTOR® professional standards requirements.
